As an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and NMAS-accredited mediator, I’m committed to helping you reach a peaceful, cost-effective resolution. Following mediation, I provide a written agreement and can issue a Section 60I Certificate upon request. A free 30-minute follow-up is also available three months later to review progress and discuss next steps.Certificate on request. Payments can be made easily online.

When dealing with the court, a Section 60 Certificate and a Certificate of Dispute Resolution are required.
For parenting agreements reached through mediation, a Parenting Plan is necessary.
For property settlements achieved through mediation, a Property Agreement is required.
Upon request, all necessary documents can be issued within a negotiated timeframe.
